Deductible Status
Travelers of Florida pursues recovery of the claim amount we’ve paid on an insured’s behalf because of the fault of another party. This process is known as subrogation.
Travelers of Florida has partnered with CRAIG/is, Ltd. (Craig) to handle all aspects of our subrogation recovery process. Through this partnership, Craig will do everything possible to recover the amount that Travelers of Florida is entitled to and your deductible, if you paid one.
If you received a Notice of Subrogation Status on your claim, you may check the status of the recovery by going to www.mydeductible.com. You will need to enter the Claim Identification number (CID), your claim number and the password provided in the subrogation notice in order to access the claim status information.
